Lee holds ten years’ experience in the research, development and implementation of consumer and customer-driven market strategies across a breadth of sectors including FMCG, retail, primary resources, franchising, property, tourism, foodservice, health, professional services, entertainment & leisure, and retail media.
Her focus is on achieving differentiation versus competitors – zagging when everyone else zigs. She also specialises in asking people what they think by conducting quality trade and key customer research before companies invest time and money in new initiatives.
Lee has a specific interest in Sustainable Business Management. She has delivered sustainability-based research and marketing programs for key clients, and has guest lectured on this subject for the University of NSW.
Her current and past clients include Foster’s Group Australia, Nestle Purina, Blackmores, Orica Mining Services, McPherson’s Consumer Products, McCormick Foods, and Huhtamaki.
Lee’s work has won industry awards including the Australian Marketing Institute, Premier’s Food Awards (SA) and Public Relations Institute of Australia award programs. She has delivered keynote presentations at industry events including the FMCG Impact Summit, Public Relations Institute of Australia and BEC events and holds a Masters Degree in Communication Management.
